Preschool Note:

The 4 Year Old AM and PM classes for the 2017-18 School Year are currently full.  If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please contact the school office.

Morning and Afternoon Sessions will be offered for 3 and 4 year olds.  The administration reserves the right to restructure or cap preschool enrollment.

*Preschool Families: If your child has not been baptized, please fill in the field on the registration form with any date, and it can be edited at a later time.  Use "N/A" where applicable in other fields regarding Baptism.  Since "Baptism date" is a required field on this form, you will need to input a date in order to move to the next page and complete preschool registration.  Contact Mrs. Meymann (meymann_s@sjbharrison.org) or Ms. Mallory Kist (kist_m@sjbharrison.org) with questions.

Registration/Tuition

Registration and Tuition Notes

Registration begins January 29, 2017.

• Registration fee is $75.00 per student and is non-refundable. Registration fees will be refunded to families who are placed on the waiting list, but not to those who are accepted into the Preschool and then withdraw for any reason. Checks should be made payable to St. John the Baptist School.

• For the 2017-2018 school year (Sept.-May), tuition is $1,625 per year for 4-year-olds, and  $1,300 per year for 3-year olds.

• Payments are due on the first day of each month. If not received by the 1st of the month, a $10 late fee is incurred.

• Refunds cannot be made for absences due to illness, vacation or emergency weather days. Withdrawal from the Preschool will result in losing the entire month’s payment.

• Preschool rates are separate, and not a part of the multi-children discount offered within the parish.

Registration Priority

  1.  First priority is to be given to registered parishioners of St. John the Baptist Parish, with children presently registered and enrolled in St. John the Baptist School.
  2. Second priority given to parishioners with children who have graduated from St. John the Baptist School.
  3. Third priority is given to those families who are registered with St. John the Baptist parish, with no other children in attendance at the school.
  4. Fourth priority is to be given to any presently employed teacher of St. John the Baptist School for his/her child.
  5. Fifth priority is given to non-parish members.

Priority registration ends with the registration deadline date. Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis at this time. If multiple applications are received on the same day and it would cause St. John the Baptist School to exceed enrollment size for that particular class, the above criteria would apply for the selection process.

Registrations will not be accepted until both the registration fee and a copy of your child’s birth certificate are returned with the completed registration form.
